The purpose of the survey was to gather community input on governance in Big Sky. As part of this study, we are evaluating different governance scenarios, including maintaining the current structure (status quo) and potential alternatives. The results of this survey are helping to refine the scenarios to ensure they reflect community priorities, concerns, and interests.

While some survey questions explored possible changes to governance, this does not imply that a change is predetermined or recommended. In fact, no recommendations will be given during the study. The study is designed to provide an objective analysis of all options, and maintaining the status quo will be included in the final evaluation.
