The Administration property is approximately 2.4 acres located in the Rose Park neighborhood. The former school and administration building is now partially occupied by the MCPS Robotics Club and used for Missoula Youth Football storage.

The Cold Springs property is approximately 6.75 acres located in the South 39^th Street neighborhood. The former school is now partially occupied by Studio M, Montana Cancer Center, Childcare Collaborative, and the MCPS Boxing Club.

The Dickinson property is approximately 5.47 acres located in the River Road neighborhood. The former school is now occupied by the Lifelong Learning Center providing adult education at this location for 25 years.

The Duncan Drive property is approximately 13 acres located in the Upper Rattlesnake neighborhood. The property has the Duncan Field (soccer) and PEAS Farm which has been located on the property since 2001. The PEAS Farm combines traditional academics with hands-on work at an urban, sustainable farm providing food for the community, educating MCPS students through field trips, and partnering with the University of Montana.

The Fort Missoula property is approximately 20.0 acres located at Fort Missoula and in Missoula County. The property is utilized by the MCPS Agriculture Center, or School Farm, which was established over 80 years ago and teaches hands-on labs with a science-based curriculum.

The Jefferson property is approximately 5.11 acres located in the Southgate Triangle neighborhood. The former school is currently unoccupied, but the property houses the MCPS central kitchen and maintenance shop. During the 2024-2025 school year, the building was occupied by a charter school and preschool.

The Linda Vista property is approximately 5.0 acres located in the Miller Creek neighborhood. The property is vacant.

The Mount Jumbo property is approximately 5.07 acres located in East Missoula. The former school is partially occupied by Friends of the Children and used by the Missoula Police Department.

The Prescott property is approximately 2.41 acres located in the Lower Rattlesnake neighborhood. The former school is unoccupied, but the outdoor space continues to be well used by the neighborhood for activities such as sledding and access to Mount Jumbo.

The Rattlesnake property is approximately 16 acres, but only the vacant portion of the property, about 5.3 acres, is included in this project. The property is located in the Upper Rattlesnake neighborhood.

The Rimel Road property is approximately 20.62 acres located in the South Hills. The property is vacant.

The Seeley-Swan property is approximately 54.13 acres, but only the portion of the property unused by the high school, about 34.5 acres, is included in this project.

The Toole Park property is approximately 2.9 acres located in the University District neighborhood. The property is utilized by Hellgate High School for P.E. classes and football practice.

The Whittier property is approximately 1.16 acres located in the Northside neighborhood. The former school is now occupied by Child Start Inc. Head Start providing early childhood programming in this location for 30 years.
